Read the clues. Latch the cells. Reveal the picture.

Logic-only solutionsOne fair DailyNo forced ads

Latchward is a calm nonogram built around one promise: every shipped puzzle has exactly one solution, reachable by logic alone. Paint a whole stroke, undo or redo it as one thought, and keep the clues in view while larger boards move beneath them. Climb a measured 180-puzzle ladder, generate fresh practice boards, or solve the same server-verified Daily as everyone else.

How it plays

Clear rules, real identity, and a reason to improve.

Every board is proved

The shipped ladder and generated Daily boards are checked for one solution and a logic-only solve path. Difficulty comes from measured deduction, not hidden guessing.

Paint a whole thought

Fill or cross several cells in one stroke, see the live count, then undo or redo that stroke as a single decision. Auto-cross and clue dimming stay under your control.

Ask for logic, not an answer

The optional hint applies one cell that the current clues logically force and remains fully undoable. It is disabled during the ranked Daily so paid access never changes the competition.

One honest board every day

Everyone receives the same witnessed UTC puzzle. The server replays a signed-in player's move log before accepting the ranked result; signed-out and archive solves stay clearly unranked.

Why we built it

Too many nonogram games turn a quiet deduction puzzle into an ad funnel, a life system, or a guessing game. Latchward keeps the clues readable, the controls quick, and the rules honest.

Who it is for

Puzzle players who want a calm daily logic ritual, tactile controls, measurable difficulty, and no forced ads, lives, energy, or paid leaderboard advantage.

How a run works

Read a line → latch the forced cells → cross the known spaces → reveal the picture → review the solve → return for tomorrow's shared Daily.

The Daily stays free. Unlock the full ladder when you want it.

Today's Daily, the tutorial, the first 12 ladder puzzles, and one fresh practice board a day remain free. The one-time full unlock opens the complete 180-puzzle ladder, unlimited practice, the Daily archive, mistake highlighting outside ranked play, and advanced statistics. Play Pass grants the same access while active across included StackForge games.

  • Free: tutorial, today's Daily, first 12 ladder puzzles, one practice board a day, no ads
  • Latchward Full Game Unlock: $4.99 one-time
  • StackForge Play Pass: $2.99/mo or $14.99/yr — Pro in every included StackForge game

Latchward is preparing for store review.

The game, hosted Daily, cloud progress service, account recovery, purchase flow, and production assets are complete. Store records, sandbox purchase verification, final device captures, and TestFlight QA remain before submission.
