Delete a StackForge account in the app
- Open the eligible game or app and go to Settings.
- Open Account or Account & Security.
- Choose Delete Account.
- Review the warning and confirm. Account deletion is permanent.
If you cannot open the app
Email [email protected] with the subject “Game Account Deletion Request.” Include the game name and the email address used for the account. We may ask for limited information to verify that the account is yours.
What deletion removes
- Your game account, email address, display name, profile, settings, and device tokens.
- Account-linked cloud saves, scores, streaks, achievements, rankings, and social connections.
- Account-linked support, functional, and diagnostic records unless limited retention is reasonably necessary for law, security, fraud prevention, or a dispute.
Account-linked personal data is targeted for deletion or deidentification from active systems within 30 days after a verified request. Protected backup copies expire on their normal schedule. Anonymous totals that no longer identify a person may remain.
One Good Thing stays private on your phone
Deleting a StackForge account from One Good Thing removes the shared account and account-linked purchase records. It does not delete good things, journal entries, or notes stored privately on that phone, because those records were never uploaded to the account. Export the journal from Settings if you want a copy; uninstalling the app removes its local data from that device.
Cancel subscriptions separately
Deleting an account or app does not automatically cancel a subscription. On iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, choose the applicable title or StackForge Play Pass, and cancel there.
