Delete a StackForge account in the app
- Open any StackForge game or One Good Thing and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to the Me tab (or Settings in older versions) and open your StackForge account.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent, and it applies to every StackForge game that uses that account.
Delete by email
If you cannot open the app, email hello@stackforgestudios.com with the subject “Game Account Deletion Request.” Include the game name and the email address on the account. We may ask for limited information to confirm the account is yours, and we complete verified requests within 30 days.
Played ranked without an account?
Ranked Dailies create an anonymous player ID so your score can be ranked without signing up. It has no email address, so it cannot be deleted from the app. To delete it and its ranked results, email us with the subject “Player Data Deletion Request,” the game name, and the username shown on your leaderboard row or Me tab. Creating a StackForge account and then deleting it in the app also removes it.
What deletion removes
- Your account or player ID, email address, username and display name, profile, and settings stored online.
- Cloud saves, ranked results and leaderboard entries, streaks and records stored online, friend connections and challenges, and push-notification tokens.
- Entitlement records that link your purchases to the account.
What we keep
- Purchase records: the purchase and subscription events RevenueCat sends us (player ID, product, and transaction details), where needed for accounting, fraud prevention, refunds, or restoring a purchase that belongs to your Apple or Google account.
- Reports you filed about another player's username, with your ID removed.
- Anonymous daily totals that were never linked to you.
- Encrypted backups, which expire on their normal schedule.
Your purchases stay with your Apple or Google account. Use Restore Purchases in the game to get them back on any device.
One Good Thing stays private on your phone
Deleting a StackForge account from One Good Thing removes the account and the entitlement records linked to it. It does not delete good things, journal entries, or notes stored on that phone, because they were never uploaded. Export the journal from Settings if you want a copy; uninstalling the app removes its local data from that device.
Cancel subscriptions separately
Deleting an account or app does not cancel a subscription. On iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, choose StackForge Play Pass, and cancel there. On Android, open Google Play, tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, and cancel there.
